The scope of work, project timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be defined in written proposals, quotations, invoices, or service agreements provided to the client.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Misuse or attempt to disrupt the website
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with website security, functionality, or performance
- Use the website for fraudulent or harmful activities

3. Intellectual Property Rights

- Respond promptly to requests for feedback or approvals
- Ensure they have legal rights to all content, materials, and assets shared with us
- Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe
Project timelines may be delayed if required information, approvals, or materials are not provided on time.
5. Payments & Fees
- Payment terms will be outlined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement
- All payments must be made on or before the agreed due date
- Late payments may result in delayed delivery, suspension, or termination of services
- All fees are non-transferable and exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
For ongoing services such as hosting, maintenance, or subscriptions, failure to make timely payments may result in service interruption.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and custom development services:
- Completed work and delivered milestones are non-refundable
- Deposits and advance payments are generally non-refundable
- Partial refunds may only be considered at our sole discretion and must be agreed upon in writing
- Refund eligibility depends on the stage and nature of the project
Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Non-Profit & NGO Services
BlueStack LLC may offer free or discounted services to eligible non-profit organizations, charities, and NGOs. Such support is provided at our discretion and may require verification of organizational status and availability of internal resources.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of a project, including but not limited to:
- Business information
- Login credentials
- Technical documentation
- Financial or operational data
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or authorized in writing by the other party.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueStack LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
- Delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
10. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve integration with or reliance upon third-party providers, including but not limited to:
- Hosting providers
- Payment gateways
- Domain registrars
- Cloud services
- Third-party APIs and software platforms
We are not responsible for outages, failures, security issues, or policy changes related to third-party services beyond our control.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service agreement by providing written notice, subject to any agreed contractual obligations.
Upon termination:
- Outstanding balances become immediately due
- Work completed up to the termination date remains payable
- Access to ongoing services may be suspended or revoked
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of abuse, non-payment, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions will be published on this page, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
